About Ayscough Hall
Facilities
We have a simple kitchen with kettles, tea urn, cups and saucers and tea plates.
There are 72 upholstered chairs, 5 1m square tables, 10 2m trestle tables.
and 8 1.2m trestle tables
The hall is approximately 13.5 meters by 11.5 meters.
There is a raised stage approximately 5.5 meters by 2.8 meters
There are also ladies and gents toilets and cloakrooms.
Combining Art & Education Since 1970
Ayscough Hall is a popular venue for a wide range of activities. There are weekly exercise, fitness and martial arts and Ballroom classes for the broadest age range as well as very popular modern and sequence dance classes.
The hall was given in trust “for the use of the aged and infirm inhabitants of the borough of Louth without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for recreation and leisure-time activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.”
